Waivers for group membership
When registering a group, the Primary group member can only sign the waiver on behalf of themselves. Each subsequent group member must sign the waiver independently.

- Go to Settings > Membership and ensure that the membership type that requires a waiver is configured correctly
- Under the Advanced tab select 'Has a mandatory Digital Waiver'
- Use the drop down to select the correct waiver
- Optional: Select 'All group members require agreement'. More details on how this works below.
π How it works for the user
The Primary group member will set up the group and make payment
- Create account and select organisation
- Select membership type
- Enter their birthdate
- View and sign waiver
- Select 'I Agree to the Terms & Conditions'
- Enter address details
- Enter number of group members - adults and children
- Complete payment
- On their digital card is a group code that they can give to users to join the group. i.e: JPA36M. They will also receive an email with the code.
β All group members require agreement setting
If this membership type is configured to have All group members require agreement active, the primary group member will only sign for themselves at the time of registration.
The primary group member will have an amber screen advising them that their membership will not be activated until all members of the group have agreed to the waiver.

βοΈ Minors in the group
It is only possible to have group members that are minors if they have an email address / account
Joining the group as a minor:
- Create account and select organisation
- Select Enter Group Code i.e: JPA36M
- Enter birthdate
- If the birthdate is less than 18 years ago, the user will be prompted for their parent /guardian details, or for their guardian to agree on their device
- The inactive amber screen will remain until the waiver is agreed.
βοΈAny subsequent group members that are added / or join the group and can't agree to the waiver themselves will trigger the inactive amber screen for the primary group member.
