Preview Changes will not be visible to customers until published.

Setting up a digital waiver

If you require your members to sign a digital waiver for use of the trail network or for a specific event, you can turn the option on here: 
  1. Go to Settings -> Application Settings
  2. Under Admin App, toggle 'Use Digital Waivers' to ON.
  3. Save

You also need to ensure that the correct Waiver Settings are toggled to on or off: 
  1. Go to Settings -> Organisation Settings -> Waiver Settings
  2. Select relevant options.
  3. Save
  4. You can also adjust the legal adult age here. NOTE: This defaults to 18.


To set up the specifics of the waiver:
  1. Go to 'Waivers' in the side menu 
  2. Select the 'Add Waiver' button at the top right, then use the tabs to;   
    1. Add your main description. You can highlight and/or emphasise any copy you wish to draw attention to, by selecting the text and selecting the blue buttons below the text window.
    2. If a user is required to sign a waiver at each visit, or more than once in any day, toggle the options at the right hand side.
    3. Under the Links tab, add any links you may require
    4. Under the QR Code and Url tab to generate a QR Code that is unique to this waiver (ideal for a specific event or location) 
    5. Save


Under the 'Members Agreed' tab, you can view members that have agreed to Waiver.

The waiver will now need to be linked to any membership package your organisation requires members to agree to a waiver for. To link the waiver to a membership package:
  1. Go to Settings -> Membership Packages
  2. Select the relevant membership package and select the 'Advanced' tab 
  3. Select 'Has a mandatory Digital Waiver' and use the drop down menu to select the correct waiver
  4. Save

Your members will be asked to enter their full name and select 'I agree to the terms and conditions' to 'sign' the waiver.
This is what your users will see on the app when asked to agree to the waiver:

In the admin app, you can quickly view a specific members waiver status in a couple of ways;
  1. In the main members list, under the 'Attributes' column, a green or red icon will appear.
  2. Hover over the icon for more information

    Note: If there is no icon in this column, the Membership Package this member signed up for does not require a waiver to be agreed to.

For more detailed information, select a members number and open their profile.
  1. In the top menu of this window, navigate right to 'Waiver Transactions'
  2. Here you will be able to see if they or their parent /guardian has agreed to a waiver.

  1. Once the waiver is agreed to, the details will appear below.

  1. If a waiver request that has been sent to a parent/guardian is still pending, it will appear here with the date sent, parent/guardian name and their email address
  2. To resend the waiver request email to the parent, click resend and confirm.

To manually send the waiver via email or other comms;
  1. Go to 'Waivers' in the side menu of the admin app
  2. Select the relevant waiver
  3. Navigate to 'Outstanding Waivers' in the top menu of this window, and then 'View Outstanding Waivers'
  4. Select the three dots at the right hand side and select 'Copy url'
  5. Paste this into an email and send.
