Onboarding - social template

This article provides a ready-to-use Facebook post template that your club can share to help existing and prospective members join via Hivepass.

Simply copy and paste the template into a new Facebook post, update the placeholder text with your club's details, and you're good to go. We recommend pairing the post with a strong visual, like a club photo, trail image, or Hivepass graphic, to catch your audience's attention.

🔍 Before You Get Started: Find your registration QR code and link

Each organisation on Hivepass has a unique sign-up link and QR code. These direct members to your registration screen and can be added to your website, signs, or emails.

📍 Where to find it in Hivepass Admin

  1. Log in to your Hivepass Admin
  2. Go to Resources > QR Codes > QR Codes (Hivepass)
  3. Create a new registration QR code (if needed)
  4. Copy the dynamic link or download the QR image from the QR code tab

Tip: Make sure your dynamic link includes 'go'. It should look something like e.g. https://go.hivepass.app/pZji.
