πŸ₯‡ What can these statistics tell me?

Tracking recipients' behaviour allows you to gain insight into how effective your campaign is.

Including whether particular messaging landed with your audience. How specifically should you target your communications to different user groups?

Was there something specific that recipients responded well to? I.e: did they sign up for membership due to the promotion of a particular event or other news item?

How many of these recipients decided to join our organisation after reading the email? This is called a 'conversion'.

πŸ’‘ The conversion statistic can be particularly helpful when running a membership drive email campaign.

βœ… After sending an email campaign

After sending your email campaign, statistics can take up to 15 minutes to refresh for large campaigns (i.e: sent to hundreds of addresses). Effectively, statistics will update every time the page is reloaded and a full refresh is run overnight, every night.

Giving you up to date information on how the campaign is performing.

🚧 Email campaign limits

Limits are displayed at the top of the email campaign page:

  • How many emails you have sent this month and what the limit is
  • How many email campaigns you have created and what the limit is

As standard, your organisation will have a limit of 2000 emails and 2 email campaigns per month.

πŸ’‘ Information on how to upgrade to paid plans will be added here once beta testing is complete.
