Membership receipts

Membership receipts can now be emailed automatically to members when they pay for a membership or renew.

Setting up membership receipts in admin

To set this up in Admin; 

  1. Go to Settings> Donation Settings
  2. At the bottom of the page, toggle on ‘Send donation receipt email for memberships’
  3. Select Save.

🔄 Resending a membership receipt

If you need to resend a membership receipt, follow these steps;

  1. Go to Community> Contacts
  2. Select the relevant member
  3. Under their profile, select View in Stripe. This will open the customer profile
  4. Find the Payment section on the first page and select the relevant line
  5. At the right hand side, hover over the ellipses to bring up the ‘Send receipt’ option
  6. Confirm or alter the email in the pop up box and select Send.

☝️ If the membership is a family, the receipt will be sent to the primary family member only.
