Membership receipts
Membership receipts can now be emailed automatically to members when they pay for a membership or renew.

✅ Setting up membership receipts in admin
To set this up in Admin;
- Go to Settings> Donation Settings
- At the bottom of the page, toggle on ‘Send donation receipt email for memberships’
- Select Save.
🔄 Resending a membership receipt
If you need to resend a membership receipt, follow these steps;
- Go to Community> Contacts
- Select the relevant member
- Under their profile, select View in Stripe. This will open the customer profile
- Find the Payment section on the first page and select the relevant line
- At the right hand side, hover over the ellipses to bring up the ‘Send receipt’ option
- Confirm or alter the email in the pop up box and select Send.
☝️ If the membership is a family, the receipt will be sent to the primary family member only.
