Monthly subscription

Membership can now be set up to be available as a monthly subscription that automatically renews. The member can cancel at any time. This is beneficial if your organisation has a lot of seasonal visitors, as they may be more likely to pay for a monthly subscription than a year membership. 

Note: Monthly subscriptions are not currently available for Family or Group memberships.

To set this up in Admin; 

  1. Go to Settings> Membership Settings
  2. Select the membership type you would like to make available as a subscription. 
  3. Under the main tab, select ‘Available as a monthly recurring subscription’ and enter a price. 
  4. Select Save. 

NOTE: If you already have members with this membership type, changing any prices will mean that these members renew at the new price.

Members on a monthly subscription will have a yellow subscription symbol in the attributes column.

When purchasing membership, this is what the user will see in the app: 


In the app, under the Menu> My Account, the user can view, cancel the subscription and download a pdf of the monthly subscription invoice at any time. 


NOTE: If a member chooses to cancel their monthly subscription before the next auto-renewal date, it is effective immediately and they will not receive a pro-rata refund.
