π΅ Who is a group membership for?
A group membership package is ideal for large groups who can join using a unique group code. Group membership is for two or more users and is 12 months duration by default.
Ideal for;
- A company of up to 100 employees
- A school group
- Other organisations
- A group of friends or a couples membership
π A group membership can be an excellent corporate gift from a company to a group of employees.

A group membership can be;
- Paid or free
- Customised to a set number of people. The Hivepass default is minimum 2 - maximum 100 group members
- Extra group members can be added and paid for in the app, at any time for a set price
- Custom duration
- Advanced Activation
- Hidden from selection - only accessed via a unique QR Code or url.
βοΈ How is a group membership purchased?
- The primary group member (business owner/manager) would create and account with Hivepass.
- Then they select the organisation they wish to purchase the group membership to and select how many adults and children they want in the group. The price will adjust accordingly.
- Then they pay for the group membership. This will email them a unique group code and they will also be able to see it on their digital membership card in the app.
- They give this code to any staff with instructions to use it sign up to the organisation using the Hivepass app.
- The staff member selects "Enter a Group Code" on the membership type selection screen.
- The staff member enters their details and clicks join. They are activated right away.
Note: Recurring subscriptions or rolling memberships are not currently available for group membership.
