🎉 Gift vouchers generated by admin

Admins can manually generate gift codes, which can be great for;

  • Sending free passes as a thank you to volunteers who aren't active members
  • Gifts to corporate sponsors of your organisation
  • Raffle or quiz prizes etc,.

To generate gift codes manually follow these steps:

  1. Go to Shop>Gift Codes
  2. Click on 'Generate gift vouchers' button at the top right
  3. Select the product and quantity
  4. Click on Generate vouchers
  5. The voucher you have just created will appear at the top of the list.

💡 Tip: If you select a quantity of 4, this will generate x4 unique gift codes.

  1. Send the gift codes to the recipients via email or other channel
  2. Select the relevant voucher and click the Copy gift code button at the right hand side. This will copy the following details to the clipboard. e.g:

    "Use gift code GJJLX to redeem a Kiwi Mountain Bike Club Individual Kiwi Pass GOLD membership. Download the Hivepass app (https://apps.apple.com/app/hivepass/id1234567890 / https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hivepass.app) and enter the code at checkout."

Which can be pasted straight into the email /message to the recipient.
