Custom top-tube stickers

Generously sponsored by Rod Drury ❤️

Creating a custom top-tube sticker is easy! A custom sticker for your organisation can be super helpful for handing out to rental organisations and shops in your area, facilitating easy donation or membership drives. Designed to be applied to the top-tube of almost any bike, this easily editable sticker can be created and downloaded fast.

The sticker is 40mm wide x 68mm high, and features your brand colours, a QR Code and the message 'Enjoying the Ride? Support the trails'. Your organisation name appears under the QR Code.

To set up a custom top-tube sticker for your organisation:
  1. Go to Resources > Signs and Stickers > Top-tube Stickers
  2. Using the buttons at the top, select the type of QR Code you wish to include on the sticker. When scanned, the QR Code will direct the user to the right place: Donation, Membership or a Specific Membership Package
  3. Select Dynamic Link or Deep Link. Dynamic links are smart and will take the user to the correct app store based on their device and then to your organisation. Deep links will only open in the mobile app if the user has it installed, otherwise it will open in their browser to member.hivepass.app web page to manually download the app. Note: Donations always use a deep link, guiding users to donate.hivepass.app. This ensures that making a donation is convenient and accessible via QR code scanning, without the necessity of having the app installed.

  1. In the dropdown menu you can select the subset you require. i.e: for a specific donation drive you may be running or a specific membership package

  1. Edit your sticker background gradient colour by clicking on the swatches and entering a hex colour or having a play with the slider.
  2. Use the drop down to alter the angle of the gradient. Note: for a one colour background, enter the same colour into Gradient Start and Gradient Finish

  1. When you’re happy with how the sticker looks, press the blue Download Sticker button to download a print ready SVG file.
  2. Preview and test-scan the sticker by right clicking (PC) or control clicking (MAC) on the file and selecting Open in Browser. We recommend that you test-scan the QR Code before sending the file to the printer and getting hundreds made!
  3. The SVG file for these stickers is designed to be professionally printed by a sign writer or your local print shop and ideally produced as a laminated print on vinyl for durability. Your printer will be able to recommend the best material for your needs. For a downloadable PDF guide that can be included with your order to the printer, click on ‘View Printer Instructions’. You can also download the PDF below.
  4. Send your SVG's, required quantity and the print guide PDF to them.
  5. Once the stickers are produced and ready to be applied, advise the bike shop or rental company that to apply them, all they need to do is; ensure that the bike is clean and grease-free. Handling of the adhesive backing is kept to a minimum.
