How to cancel + refund a recurring membership

1. Member goes to account screen and clicks on subscription.
2. Member cancels subscription
3. Admin can refund from Stripe if required. 
   1. Go to member page and click on “View in Stripe”.
   2. Click the “...” to the right of the canceled subscription and click refund

From the admin app

1. Go to member page -> Payment
2. Click on Cancel Subscription
3. Admin can refund from Stripe if required. 
   1. Go to member page and click on “View in Stripe”.
   2. Click the “...” to the right of the canceled subscription and click refund.
