Using the showcase feature

Highlight trail photos, promote upcoming events, or share other key updates with your members via the Hivepass app.

🔧 Turning on the Showcase feature

Before adding Showcase content, make sure the feature is enabled in your admin settings:

1. Go to Settings > Application Settings
2. Under Admin App, toggle Use Showcase to ON
3. Under Mobile App (right-hand side), toggle Show Showcase on App to ON
4. Click Save

🖼 Creating a Showcase item

To create a new item for your Showcase:

1. Go to Resources > Showcase in the side menu
2. Click Add Showcase Item (top right)

3. In the item editor:

• Add a title and description
• Upload an image
• Add any external links (e.g. to an event, gallery, or partner)

4. Click Save

Your content will now display in the app under the Showcase section.

✏️ Renaming 'Showcase' in the app

Want to customise what the Showcase feature is called in the app? You can rename it to suit your club’s branding or content type (e.g. "Trail Highlights" or "Club Updates").

1. Go to Settings > Organisation Settings
2. Scroll down to Member App Options
3. Toggle Use Default Showcase Term to OFF
4. Enter your preferred name
5. Click Save
