Joining on Hivepass app if user already has Hivepass account

This assumes the user has an account with Hivepass for another organisation but not for your organisation.

How to join when logged out

1. Enter your email in the registration screen email field.
2. Click/touch on the first name text box and wait for the spinner in the email to complete (should take a few seconds).
3. It should pop up a box saying you already have an account and ask you to enter your password to join.
4. Enter your password and click "Continue" or similar.

How to join when logged in

1. Open the side menu in the mobile app.

2. Click on "Join Other Organisations"

   

3. Select the organisation you wish to join.
4. Click the "Register" or similar button at the top of the red screen.
5. Select the membership package.
6. Agree to payment if required.
