How to see member and membership numbers

We've included some features in Admin to make it easy to review your membership numbers and measure the health of your organisation.

🙌 Members list page

At the top of the members list page the row of icons can give a quick indication of your users and their statuses. Check this user status article for more information.

  1. The number below the icon is the total number of members with that status. i.e: Active
  2. Hover over the icon for a description
  3. Click on an icon to apply a filter to the members list


🚀 CSV export

Diving into the data!

Here's an example finding the total number of family members (total number of individuals within the families).

  1. Apply any necessary filters
  2. Select CSV export button at the top right hand corner of the members list page. The CSV will download automatically
  3. Filter the spreadsheet by "isFamilyPrimary". The filter will include all family data; familyNumberOfAdults and familyNumberOfChildren
  4. Sum these rows to find the total number of family members

📊 Dashboard

To see more detail of membership types, the Dashboard has lots of information.

  1. Go to Community>Dashboard
  2. Find the Total members by membership type graph
  3. Expand to see more detail
  4. Hover over any section of the graph to see the membership numbers in a pop-up
